Dr. Judith Gates, creator of the 'From Chance to Choice' concept that underpins our coaching curriculum, has joined the Coaches across Continents coach advisory board. As an educator, Dr. Gates is committed to a curriculum that enables young people to optimise their learning potential by developing life skills, such as problem solving, creative thinking and personal initiative. She brings professional experience from Harvard, Stanford and Durham Universities to her role as consultant on the educational aspects of the Coaches across Continents programme.

Dr Gates spent 3 months in South Africa in 2006 and 2008 and saw the impact of football education with children.
